A: Yes! But good news - Orientation is a simple two step process and will take less than 5 minutes to complete.

A: We do recommend that you complete Fundamentals even if you are already familiar with the Molis Coaching curriculum - like your favorite movie, you'll pick up a new detail each time you experience it!  And the refresher definitely won't hurt!

But...

If you have already completed the curriculum and feel confident in your knowledge, you can "mark complete" on each section of Fundamentals to unlock the remaining contet. 

You will, however, still need to complete Orientation first which will only take 5 minutes.

A. We’re glad you asked! The template draws on nearly 100 of Dr. Ryan Molis’s personal ClinCheck preferences for various types of malocclusions. With over 6,000 lifetime cases completed, Dr. Ryan’s preferences are very thorough and are shown to produce better outcomes and more predictable results.
Because of the template algorithm, the first ClinCheck results get you closer to the final treatment plan sooner, saving you time and energy in reviewing.

A. Unfortunately this is a members-only benefit to the Molis Coaching program. The great news is that the Molis Coaching program is guaranteed to pay for itself as you will do more Invisalign cases, so this template is just one of the many added-valued benefits members have!

The total cost of the Molis Coaching Mastermind is $22,725 and includes lifetime membership to Molis Coaching Essentials, your team enrolled in Essentials for Teams, ClinCheck Reviews, and attendance at a Mastermind event in Orlando, Florida!  

A deposit is required to secure your spot for an upcoming date.

Not included in your enrollment is airfare, Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets, or any additional room nights beyond the Mastermind experience. 

Teams Mastermind also not included.  Invite your team for their own exclusive Mastermind experience for an additional fee.

Full Program Content - Molis Coaching Mastermind participants will receive an all-access pass to the entire Molis Coaching program, including:

• All core course materials and bonus content;
• Monthly ClinCheck® modifications;

2 Day Intensive at the Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World - Each Mastermind session will involve two full days of intensive training led by Ryan and his team.

• Airport transfers and hotel room at the Four Seasons are included.
• Meals, beverages, and course materials will be provided during sessions.
• Participants will be invited to social events at Ryan’s home in Disney’s Golden Oak Community (adjacent to the Four Seasons).
• NOTE: Participants are responsible for purchasing their own airfare.

A complete itinerary of the Mastermind session will be provided to participants in the weeks prior to the event.

A: Molis Coaching Mastermind events are limited to only a very select number of Molis Coaching members each year. We require a deposit to secure your participation and to prepare for your arrival.

A:  Any remaining balance owed towards Mastermind participation will be billed 60 days prior to the event.

A:  Deposits may be transferred to another date (subject to availability) with certain restrictions, but are otherwise non-refundable.

A:  Yes, subject to availability of later Mastermind dates, and only if more than 60 days before your scheduled Mastermind date, as a one-time courtesy we will accommodate a transfer of your deposit to another available Mastermind date.

A: We understand that life happens. And we want to be flexible if the unexpected prevents you from attending your scheduled Mastermind session. Because Mastermind sessions are extremely limited, we will retain your deposit and full payment and apply it to a future Mastermind date.

Each Molis Coaching ClinCheck subscriber receives two ClinCheck modifications during each month of membership. Active membership is required to continue ClinCheck support. Meaning, if you purchase ClinCheck support after your initial enrollment period, you will need to continue as an Alumni member to continue with ClinCheck support after your first 12 months of Essentials membership.

Additional Aligners for a submitted case are not included. Submission of additional aligners will apply to the monthly ClinCheck allotment.

A. Generally, no. ClinCheck modifications do not roll over to the next month. Additional ClinCheck modifications may be purchased separately in the event that you desire more than two modifications (subject to availability).  In rare circumstances, we may make a courtesy accommodation to provide some flexibility.

A: Not at this time. We presently do not allow members who do not have a ClinCheck support package to purchase individual/one-off ClinChecks. This is due to technical requirements and workflow management associated with ClinCheck support.

A:  We encourage members to benefit from the ClinCheck learning included in the core curriculum and to also share questions and seek support in the members-only Facebook community! 

However, please note that each doctor remains solely responsible for their own ClinChecks, corresponding patient treatment planning, and all applicable HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient treatment obligations.

Posting a ClinCheck-related question in the Molis Coaching community does not guarantee a response from any doctor, including but not limited to Ryan, and any such responses should be used solely for informational and educational purposes. The treating doctor remains responsible for their patient’s treatment at all times.

As you approach the 1 year anniversary of your membership, you will be provided with an opportunity to remain in our community with a low-cost Alumni Membership!  You will enjoy continued access to all existing, updated, and new curriculum and will remain a member of our online members-only Facebook community!

A. 6.5 hours in total credit is available in the Essentials curriculum by completing the assessments for Module 1 - Practice, Module 2 - Marketing, and Module 3 - Clinical.

Additional CE credits are available each month if you attend the live monthly member webinars.

A. Complete the assessments forModule 1 - Practice, Module 2 - Marketing, and Module 3 - Clinical with at least 70% accuracy.

A: Certificates of Completion will be emailed to you within 48 hours of completing each assessment.

Essentials Memberships are billed at the time of purchase. ClinCheck packages can be added at any time, but require active membership.

Mastermind memberships require a deposit, followed by additional payments. Prior Essentials Membership purchases are credited to the cost of Mastermind.
